Ms. Self
Ms. Joyce Self began her career at AFDS in the Fall of 2000. Ms. Self has had several roles during her tenure. Currently she teaches in our four year old program. She LOVES her job and her students. Ms. Self was chosen to participate in a year-long study through Region 5 education center. During this time she gained valuable knowledge concerning assessing students in a pre-school setting. She has successfully formulated a plan to challenge her high level students, but at the same time work one-on-one with students that need a little extra help. All this is done with amazing efficiency!
